Publish web

When I tried to publish my web, Page wants an ID and password which of
course is long gone
and forgotten, this is what i get.

this operation reguires authror permission for
d589706.u92.floridaserver.com:80

Name and password are case sensitive

Name ------------------
password ------------------


Can you tell me how to get my password and id?
