Publish to Web Site

Frontpage 2003 is installed. It has been used for years on this computer but
I have never tried to use Frontpage to upload directly to a site. I always
used FTP. However, because of a change in ISPs I must now use that function.

This may help in determining the issue: Office 2K3 educator's edition was
installed. Frontpage 2K3 was installed separately and has its own and
separate cd key from Office2K3.

When I click on File and get the drop-down menu, the "Publish Site"
selection is greyed out.

How do I fix this?

You need to have a local site open first (File, Open Site) and then it won't
be grayed out.
