"Publish" everything

On one of my sites, when I publish changes, it publishes every page (about
one hour)
Even after publishing, "status" of every file in fp2003 is "publish"

Any ideas? (the site's working fine, by the way, just too much time to make
changes.)

Hi
Click right click on the file in the folders list and select publish
selected pages only.
and check that the publish changed pages only box is ticked in the publish
menu you will find it in the file menu top left

Are you making changes that apply to shared border or site wide navigation?

Do not use Selective Publishing as only publishes the actual file and not any associated content
(images, navigation, etc.).

Are the publishing properties set to publish all pages, or just
changed pages?
In FP2003, in Remote Site view, click Remote Site Properties, and look
at the radios on the Publishing tab.
