Publish as Backup on C Drive

When try to publish to c drive as a backup, following message comes up:

The following pages in your web contain dynamic frontpage components, such
as search form or a frontpage from handler. They will not work unless they
are copied to a web server that has frontpage server extensions.

Can I publish to my c drive and later publish from my c drive to the host
that has frontpage extension, will it work? Is this error message standard
when publish to C drive?

Yes
Ignore the warning if you are going to publish the backup to a server where the FP run time components will work again
