public folders

A user has been assigned to book meetings on a public folder called "
meeting room bookings".
Anyone can access this folder, but all users can see is a blank calendar and
cannot see the bookings for the particular boardroom.
What can you suggest is the problem?
 
Ok for the person creating the bookings.....go to calendar, options,
calendar options, resource scheduling. Set the Automatically accept meeting
requests etc and click on set permissions. Ensure that the default
permissions allow users to see the calendar.
