Cannot View Public Folder Free/Busy Time

Hi
Running on Exch 2000 Sp3. We have a public folder
call "Boardroom" (setup to show calendar items) and want
to book it. I goto Actions, plan meeting and invite the
Boardroom as a Resource but cannot see free busy time. All
other people 's free etc shows up fine.
