Free/Busy time not showing

I use OL2003 on Exchange 2003.

When I set up a meeting request to invite internal staff to meeting on
occasion their free/busy it shows as No information. To be aware the
appointments are within the default 2 month setting of what is published by
Exchange so that is not the issue. However its been noted that this does not
seem to be consistant. For example if I invite User X and cannot see their
free/busy as it shows as No Information, another user could send an invite
to the same User (User X) and yet they will be able to see their free/busy
times. There seems to be no consistancy.

Are there any known issues with Meeting requests in OL2003 or can anyone
advise any other areas that would need to be checked?

There is a known issue. I have more information at work and I will
try and send this to you tomorrow via reply.

There is a hotfix available (if you are experiencing this known issue).
I do not know if it has been released yet for download, without calling
to request it.

This hotfix was created after the close date for additions to the Service
Pack 3. In other words, this hotfix was developed too late to be included in
the Service Pack 3 release.

- If you apply this hotfix and it works:

- Do not apply SP3 when it is released or SP3 will break
the fix

- Apply SP3, and wait for the next rollout hotfix post SP3

The file name is "Office2003-BK935411 -GLB.exe+"

Dated 6/18/07

I could not find the KB, you may have to call MS to request it. They should
be able to let you know if you are a candidate for it more definatively.

Office2003-BK935411 -GLB.exe?

Thank you,
Don
