Public folder not syncing

When adding, modifying or deleting items from a public calendar the
information doesn't change until I click to a different folder and
back. Only one person on the network has this issue and it wasn't
always this way for her. It would seem to be on the client end, but I
can't find anything that would change the synchronization. Any
thoughts?

I just started this job and came into this and a handfull of other
bugs, so I'm not 100% on what happened before I started, what was
changed, updated, etc...

Thanks for any advice
 
is that the only folder affected? typically that behavior means it's a NAT
router issue and it should affect all folders.
