I've got the following problem.

When i've installed MS Outlook on a new machine in the
network, i can't get it to show the content of the public
folders.
For example;

pc 1 has everything working ok. Exchange mailbox and the
public folder that's located under "All public folders"
Pc 2 only has the echange mailbox, i can add a public
folder via services, but then i don't get the maps that
are located under the public folders.

Ofcourse i can make a copy/*.pst file of the folder from
pc 1, but then i don't see the changes that are being made
from pc1. Logically, because it a *.pst file.

So the main thing is, how can i see everything that
located underneath my Public Folders?

Thanks in advance for your great help!

I am using Office 2002 and having the same problem
Several users in the office are able to look at the Public folders, but the
user with the "highest" authority is not able to view the shared folders.
When I log into his machine - I am able to look at the public folders with
no problem.
When he logs into his machine he is not able to view the information.
When he logs into another machine, he is able to view the information.
It seems like the issue then is in his installation.
