Thanks Sue but that directs me to buying the book. At present i don't have
the time so would appreciate if someone can help me with this. We are running
Windows XP and Outlook 2002/XP. I need to setup a calendar showing all 4
conference rooms and be able to book them separately.

Can this be done.

Huh? The page at http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm explains how to set up a resource calendar using an individual mailbox for each conference room, which is the way you'll need to do it if you want users to be able to book them separately. The direct booking method for Outlook 2000 is the one that applies to you.

If you want one calendar
