Pstory3 install & my music directory?

My PhotoStory 3 install fails when trying to create c:\documents and
settings\all users\documents\my music. The directory already exists and I
can't remove it manually. Nor can I figure out how to tell it to use another
directory (there's an option for the program files but not the data files).

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this dilemma?
