Can someone post the correct registry value to reduce the PST file-locking
idle time for Outlook 2002? I tried
adding PSTDisconnectDelay = 0x00000010 to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\PST, which should
unlock after 16 seconds, but it doesn't work, the .PST file still gives a
file-sharing error when I try to copy while Outlook is running.
