Hi,
I have a client using Outlook 2003 and his pst file now exceeds 4.7GB.
Whilst I am aware that the size limitation in 2003 can be up to 20GB his
problem is one of being able to backup (he likes to use the pf backup
utility) as his DVD writer only has a max capcity of 4.7GB. Can anyone advise
as to how the size of his pst file can be reduced to a more manageable size
without him having to backup all his pst folders as seperate items.
I am aware of the facility to "compact" files via Data Management but when I
tried this on my own pst file there was no change after I tried this?
Thank you - Lisa
