PST File Import

Boris Kivshar

Hi,
I'm formating a clients computer, and he had outlook 2003
on it. Normally in outlook 2002 i just copied the pst
file and imported it and it worked. But now going from
outlook 2003 to outlook 2003 it isn't working. I keep
getting the "not compatible error"

I have tried importing, placing it in the folder,
importing at a outlook 2002 file, most things I think.

Please help, as i don't want to loose the clients e-mails.

By what means did you copy it? Is it on a CD or hard drive? Is it marked
"Read-Only" by any chance? Have you tried running the SCANPST utility
against it?
