pst file from W98 to Win2000

I added a new drive and installed fresh a new Win2000 system. I have my old
W98 drive as a slave now. I installed fresh Office 2000...and thought I
could just copy and then replace the new Office2000 pst file with my old
one..keeping all rules...folders etc...??

But nope...Some stuff is there.,..like my inbox...but now views or rules or
same screen layouts that I had...seems to be the default Outlook layout with
"some" of my old pst data inserted ?

Can I do something so that I can just transfer my W98 OL2000 setup and files
to the new W2000 OL2000 system so I maintain all my settings and rules and
oft templates and contacts...etc ??

In OL, File/Open/Personal Folders, and browse to the pst.
