PST does not show all items

My Laptop was having problems & I searched all PST's & backed up all visible
PST on my drive, after re-formatting when i map the PST's I am not able to
see a large part of my data. I was doing auto-archiving & selecting a dat
(archive all items before .... Date). Can somebody help, matter very critical

If you have opened all your data files in OL and you are still missing data,
either you missed a data file in your origonal backup prior to formatting,
or you have some View / Filter set
