PRVDI.exe, dload.exe

Hi...I'm quite impressed with the program. My anti-virus
keeps blocking dload.exe from becoming active, however, I
believe that it is prvdi.exe that is the problem. I've
never used Hijack This, and am concerned to, as I am
using my work computer, but I did find a similar issue
(Http://castlecops.com/postt102259.html).

I really wish that this program could take care of it...

Have you tried doing a full scan after restarting your machine in safe mode?
This enables cleaning some things which are resistant.
