Proxy configuration ignored with I.E 6 and terminal services

Hi all,

we have IE 6 and terminal services running on 2000 and it was working fine.
now when i try to tell IE to use the proxy either manually or via registry or
pac file the settings are ignored and it will always go direct? I checked the
reg and it looked fine then opened IE and did a F5 on the reg and saw that
the proxy settings removed themselves. There is no other policy configuring
this and when i logged on locally to the server with the same account and
added the proxy config then remoted on again it then worked just for that
user.

any ideas people? :)

ProcMon would give you a more accurate indication than F5
at least _when_ the registry was being changed, if not also by what.

Good luck
