Provide access to domain as well as full local admin. access to PC

I would like to know how to setup a win2k PC that is connected to a
domain via 2003 small business server but allow full local admin. access to
the
local drives at the same time.

NOTE: I know giving someone full access to the local pc is probably not the
most secure way of doing things but I still need to know.
