I would like to know how to setup a win2k PC that is connected to a domain
via 2003 small business server but allow full access to the local drives at
the same time.

Thank you in advance for any help.

What "local drives"? If the user has permission to access them then the
user has permission to access them. Please view security in Window Help.

When you say "full access", do you mean local admin rights to the
workstation while logged in under a domain account? You can grant this I
strongly discourage this. If you have an app that was written by lazy-___
developers that won't run under a limited user account, try filemon & regmon
from www.sysinternals.com

Users should not have local admin rights.
