Protection fault trying to print

One of my users keeps getting the following error when
trying to print an email in Outlook 2000:

"Function address 0x77f8910e caused a protection fault.
(exception code 0xc0000005) Some or all property page(s)
may not be displayed."

It is a Win2000 machine and her printer is an Apollo
P2200. It is connected via LPT1. She has no other issues
when trying to print.. except for Outlook. Thanks
