Protection Error 80

I seem to be getting this random error now and again.

I may simply browse into a folder, and a small error window comes up, simply
stating - "Protection Error" and "Error 80".

All I can do is click 'OK', then Explorer restarts.

I cant find anything on error 80 on the net.

What is this?
