Protection against three year old's clicking

I've set up a Win2K Pro system for my little girl so that she can play a few
toddler games. Problem is, as soon as my backs turned, she likes to start
clicking everywhere else.

I want to protect the computer as much as possible and limit her actions to
just launching and playing games. I think I may need group policies.

Can anyone give me a 'leg up' to an appropriate knowledge source for such
GPs or anything else that I might need.
