Protect Document - Copy and Paste

Hello,

Juste want to be sure: even if we protected a document in its entirety,
adding a password, etc., it is true that another user may still be able to
copy and paste from that protected document? Using XP and Office 2003.

Yes, to be sure. There is really no way to protect ANY document, in Word or
any other application.

Since you are using Office 2003 you may want to look into using
Information Rights Management (IRM).

This does allow you to protect document content from printing,
copying, etc. However rights are assigned on a per-user basis so it
may not work for you. For more information on IRM take a look at:
