Properties of folders -cannnot get Help

I click on properties and nothing happens.

I know I caused this by removing "inherits" from Some folder but I cannot
get back to being able to see security because I cannot get to properties.
 
Open the Parent Folder's properties, Security, Advanced ,and set it back
to propagate.
