prop res dll not loaded

I get the above message only when i attempt to open an old word file in Word
2003, can anyone help. I can load the file after clicking the check box 3 or
4 times, but it is anoying.

Never heard of or seen this message before? In which older version was this
file created? Does it contain anything other than text and formatting? Such as
an equation, wordArt, MS Graph...
