Prop Res DLL not loaded

I get the error message, "Prop Res DLL not loaded" each time I try to
print a message from Outlook. I'm running Outlook 2007
(12.0.6316.5000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6320.5000). This error message will go
into hiding if I click the Enter key enough times, then the print
process goes to completion as if everything was okay. Any
suggestions???

you have a lexmark printer? try reinstalling the software. if that fails,
try going to c:\windows\system3\spool\drivers\w32x86\[Lexmark folder] and
copy lxbkprpr.dll to c:\windows\system32

Yes, I have a Lexmark Z715 printer. I've had no other problems with
this printer.

I did a re-install of the Lexmark CD software but this didn't cure the
problem. I'll try your second suggestion as soon as I can get to it,
then let you know how it worked out.

Thanks, Gordon

Dianne, I copied the file and this seems to have solved the problem.
The file was not quite the same as you had named it. My copy is
LXBLPRPR.DLL and yours was LXBKPRPR.DLL. Maybe you made a typo, or
maybe there is some variant with my particular setup. Anyway, it seems
to have resolved the problem. Thanks, Gordon

Glad it fixed it for you. The exact filename may be dependant on the
computer.

Does anyone know how to fix the same issue with a Dell All in one
printer/fax? I can print everything but messages in Outlook give the error.

They are rebranded lexmarks - so the fix would be the same.

Thank you for your reply.... I have found that you are correct in that the
Lexmarks. I just can't seem to get this down pat. I just wanted to thank
you for replying so quickly and I will have to re-read all the posts to get
it through to my brain. DCB.
