Outlook 2007, printing error message

I did not see any reference to this in former discussions. When I click to
print, I get an error message "Prop Res DLL not loaded"; I have to click "ok"
in the small window serveral times as it pops up over and over, then it
disappears, then the print window comes up and it continues with printing. I
have re-installed my Outlook 2007 Small Business disc and still get this
error message. Thanks for any info.
