prompt for profile not working

I was able to pick profile when opening Outlook 2003. I have changed
profiles and can no longer pick profiles even though I told control panel
applet to prompt for profile. Outlook opens to default profile.

It sounds like Outlook is not completely unloading when you close it. Check Task Manager to see if you have an outlook.exe running. If yes, manually close it and then try opening Outlook again.
