I have windows XP and for some reason everytime I turn on
my computer it tells me that it can not find the locally
stored program, and will have to set up a temp. program.
So this means I have lost my desktop and I can not sign
into my internet connection without signing up as a new
member everytime.....HELP!!!! Has this ever happened to
anyone and what do we do about it???
