Programs + user accounts=disaster

I have 3 accounts on my Home Edition computer. 2
administrators and 1 standard. The problem is, that after
installing programs under my Admin account, I find that
those programs will not run under the other Admin
account, and when I reinstall the program under the
additionatl Admin account, it fails. Anyone ??

Which programs?
Without any details of the programs, I cannot begin to even guess at a
solution!
Did the install put shortcuts in All Users or just in the first
account? You may need to move the shortcuts to All Users
and therefore don`t require a reinstall.
