programs opening on their own

I am having problems with programs opening on thier own.
I haven't added any new sofware or hardware that I know
of. tHE COMPUTER WILL BE OPERATING FINE AND ALL OF A
SUDDEN THE START MEMU OPENS AND I LOSE CONTROL OF THE
MOUSE AND DIFFERENT PROGRAMS START OPENING. Any
suggestions will be appreciated. I restored to several
different dates but to no avail.
