Hello,
I have a fairlynew laptop wireless. Lately and constantly, after a short
while the program(s) I'm working in just hang, can't access anything, can't
close out of programs or even shut down the pc. I end up having to actually
remove the battery a moment to break the connection, then replace and try
again. After a while, same thing.

I have Outlook Express open when this happens but it may have nothing to do
with it.
The only thing new on the system is Zone Alarm Securiy Suite software, but
that's been there for a while before this probelm began.

Hope someone can help. Thank you.

Interesting, Now you said this is a new laptop correct. Have you checked for
an update for Windows? Sometimes updates will help the Operating System to
perform better. Another issue may be that the Program(s) you're running migh
need to be installed since the .exe's are currupt. I will look more into this
issue...Hopefully I was able to help.

Thank you Shawn, I did need one Windows update: Windows Genuine Advantage
Validation Tool
but I doubt that would help. The program it seems to hang on the worst is
Outlook Express and I can't reinstall that. It goes a long time sometimes,
without hanging, but then it does it and does it again. Will have to see what
else.
Appreciate your help.
