programs anti spy/firewall

Hi
I have loaded microsofts anti spy, happy with it so far,
but I was wondering if I should be using more than one
spyware prog and firewall (zonealarm) and maybe ad aware
etc.
If only microsft and maybe 1 or 2 other progs need to run
it would release some resources etc.
I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on
suitable protection Thankyou

In terms of firewalls, one should be enough, if you are running Windows XP
SP2 and you decide to use a third party firewall from the one build into
Windows XP SP2, its best you turn off the Windows Firewall or else there
will be some conflicts.

For AntiSpyware, Microsoft AntiSpyware, is still in beta and cannot be
compared to full shipping product at this time, so its best you continue
using third party antispyware utilities in tandem until Microsoft
AntiSpyware is finalized, here are some:
