MS Anti-spy vs. Dameware

Hello. I'm running Dameware on a home network consisting of 7 computers.
Just ran the Beta MS Anti-Spy and it detects the Dameware Registry Entries
as Spyware. Does anyone now of any issues with this? Does MS know of this?
I would like to find out why it shows this, or if maybe it really is Spware?
Ad-aware and Spybot don't find it as spyware. Maybe, because MS Antispy is
still in Beta?

Read the description of what is found carefully. Does it accurately name
and describe the function of the Dameware pieces? Is the default choice
(ignore, remove, quarantine) appropriate in your view?

If this software were present on your machine without your knowledge, and
you were not in a managed environment where such software might be
expected--would this notification be important for you?

Ok, here's what happened. After running MSAS, I received the Dameware
notification. All of the Registry entries were legitimate. I then
un-installed dameware and did not receive anymore errors. I do have another
computer that still has the software installed. Will run again and see what
turns up. I believe the message was to "ignore" the problem, but I'm not
sure as I kinda freaked out when it initially popped up. will re-post later
with detail. Has anyone else had this issue? I've searched for other
threads, but haven't found anything.

Yes, others have reported having Dameware flagged. Dameware is a Remote
Access application, as I understand it. Any such application which is
capable of being present and working without user interaction should be
called out to the user, in my opinion. The defaults should be appropriate
(ignore) and the description should be clear that this is a legit piece of
software, and that its presence is not necessarily cause for alarm.
