address it, regardless. First of all, you need to enable your spell
checker. Secondly, a basic grasp of punctuation would be in order.
Thirdly, there are some female programmers in the business, not as many as
there are men, but there are some. Fourth, and finally, your assertion that
you are "right" may be fundamentally flawed.

and Fifth... his message is utter BS.. I worked with a lady that could
put most guys to shame with her programming abilities.

Ditto. I've had many women programmers work for me over the
years--not as many as men, because there aren't as many women as
men in the field. Some of the women were average, some were
outstanding, some were poor (but the poor ones didn't last long).
The ratio was just about the same as with men.

And regarding his other assertion, that only *young* men are any
good, that's equally false. One of the best male programmers I've
had working for me was in his 60s.
