programme to save video demonstrations

Apologies if this question has already been answered!

I have bought a die cut machine and discovered a series of videos
prepared for instructional purposes here

http://www.jenlowedesigns.com/Demo.html

is there any programme that will allow me to save these to hard disc - I
have looked in IE temporary Internet files and also in Firefox but the
flash file does not seem to be cached. I have a restricted download
limit and would like to study them off line as they are large files to
download frequently.
Hope this makes sense, and many thanks!

I tried a prog called Hi-Net Recorder but can't seem to get it to work.

Best wishes

Mary

I looked at the front page and there's a file called demo.swf, this gets
cached as demo(1).swf on the hard drive - search for demo*.swf to find it,
alternatively if you have XP and it's search performance is being stupid,
google for agentransack - a fine search tool for any windows machine

Many thanks for your reply.

I had already saved the demo file to my desktop but all it seems to do
is load the page, it is only about 70k, and the demonstrations seem to
be separate videos that don't appear in the temporary folder, I will
follow your advice and look for the search tool

thanks again
