program wont end

Hello. I recently have been getting a message upon shut-down, that states..
C://documents and settings etcetera....this program will not end. This is
something new. Any suggestions why this is happening? Thank You.

Thank You Mark. Read thru the page, gonna try some things. Saw some issues
