Program will not run

I have installed an internet scrabble program whaihc runs well on the
administrator's screen but will not run on any other screen. If I grant
administrator permission to the other screens and connect to the program it
will run. It will even connect for a short while (hour) after I
 
Many games do not run well or at all on an account with restricted
privileges.
