Program trying to run!

I was looking at my event log and for some reason I have events logged
showing that Microsoft Fax was trying to load there were two entries
repeated many times. the event numbers were 32068 and 32026. Can someone
help stop this, it is filling up my log? Below are the entries from the
Event Viewer.

Here is the log review when I clicked on 32068:

The outgoing routing rule is not valid because it cannot find a valid
device. The outgoing faxes that use this rule will not be routed. Verify
that the targeted device or devices (if routed to a group of devices) is
connected and installed correctly, and turned on. If routed to a group,
verify that the group is configured correctly. Country/region code: '*'
Area code:

Here is the review for 32026:

Fax Service failed to initialize any assigned fax devices (virtual or
TAPI). No faxes can be sent or received until a fax device is installed.

Disable the Fax service.

Open Services...
Start | Run | Type: services.msc | Click OK |
Scroll down to and double click FAX Service |
If running, click the Stop button | Set Startup type to disabled |
Click Apply | Click OK | Close Services

Or uninstall Fax Services.

It was not running, and on Automatic, but I changed the properties to
disabled.
