Program tries to start on run screen and then screen disappears

I am trying to open a program from Total Seminars. This is the exam program
for CompTIA A+. I called the company and they emailed me the program. Neither
the disk they sent me or the program they emailed will work on my computer. I
am running Windows XP Professional with Microsoft One Care. Run_tt3.bat
should open the program.

If you are only having problems with that one program, you should be talking
to its authors as they would be the ones most likely to know about any
problems it has.
