Program to restore icon positions?

When I test an emulator sometimes the icon posiitioning gets messed up
on my Desktop and I have to sort them again... Is their a simple
application that can save and restore the icons on a desktop?

savemydesktop is the prog; I don't know the url though.

I use a utility I only know from its filename in my archive
directory...'layout.zip'. It contains a dll and a registry entry. When
installed it adds a right click context menu addition when you right
click on the My Computer icon on the desktop to save or restore the
desktop layout.

Works a treat, no fuss.

When I clicked on the file link, I got the following:

entry at the moment suggested by SteveH and eXistenZ.

May I suggest "icon_restore." Google for it, it works for me.
