Utility to save / restore desktop icons ( which ones / positions)

Have tried RestoreDesktop but that launches constant alerts from Spysweeper
as well as from MS Antispy ( almost each time I copy / move files even from
"simple" folders !)

I use Icon Restore:

It's very basic but does the trick for me.
