Program startup problem?

Ok, the program installs fine but everytime I start it,
this is what happens:
1. Windows tries to configure SpywareRemover
2. It can't so I get: The feature you are trying to use
is on an network resource that is unavailable. Then asks
to try again or browse another area. This is area it was
looking in> C:\DOCUME~1\Aaron\LOCALS~1\Temp\pftB.tmp\
3. I hit cancel and get. Error 1706.No valid source
could be found for the product SpywareRemover. The
windows installer cannot continue.
4. I click ok.
5. We go through this same thing one more time and I
click ok again.
6. The program finally opens and works fine

Its really a pain in the rear going through this
everytime just to get program working. Help.

- Uninstall spyware remover. You need a better program.

- Download/Install/Run CCleaner, http://www.ccleaner.com/

LOL, Well I already have and use both of those. This
program did catch a couple of things Lavasoft's didn't.
I'd just like to know why this program does this, and if
there is a fix for it.
