Program run error

When any program is launched, a small window opens with IExplore in the
title bar and the message
"is not a valid date in the window. [including the "]
Have Norton 2003 AV and Ad-Aware both upto date, also tried a fix exe.reg
from Bill James ? but no change.
A fix would be appreciated

Go to Add or Remove and remove the CPR application. Also delete the cpr.dll
from the System32 folder.
