program is trying to access email addresss

Outlook XP 2002

Everytime I try to send new email, or reply.
I get this message with a box asking me to allow

"a program is trying to access email addresss you have stored in outlook
if this is expected it may be a virus"

Normally this is the antivirus program checking outgoing mail. Change the
settings in the AV program to not check outgoing mail. Check your AV
program's web site for more suggestions.
