Suggestion for Outlook to archive at Drive E

Hi,

I am currenty using MS Outlook 2002. It only allows archiving at drive C and
it has a limit. Once exceed certain limit the mails could become corrupted
easily and the user is not able to get the mail back with its attachement.

I do not know if this area of weakness has already been addresss to in the
latest version of Outlook. If it is not, I would like to put forward a
suggestion to allow archiving at unlimited mail box size at drive E or
removable disk.

Also kindly modify the program to allow easy retrieval of archive documents
from those drives.

By this way large number of important correspondence could be stored safely.
This is particularly important in large corporation.

I hope my suggestion is helpful MS to develop the next generation of Outlook.

More recent versions of Outlook support much larger .pst files, up to 32TB.
While storing a .pst file on a network drive remains unsupported, removable
disks should be fine.
