Program is not responding

While surfing the internet(using IE v. 6.0), the internet
window will freeze up and display a "Program is not
responding" error message. With that message it gives you
the options of "end now" or "cancel"....which you have to
hit "end now". Then all my Internet Explorer windows
completely shut down!!!
This happens every ten minutes! Please help. I have
Windows XP.

Try this and see if it remedies your problem
Close all instances of Internet Explorer and Outlook
Express
Go to Control Panel, Internet Options, General tab
Click Settings and move the slider to the right, click Ok
Click Delete Files and also select: "Delete all offline
files", click Ok
Click Clear History, click Ok, Apply\Ok
