program install problems

I purchased ZoneAlarm Security Suite and am having a heck of a time getting
it to install.
Upon the initial installation attempt I got an error concerning a ZA dll
that couldn't be validated. So I deleted that file. Restarted and retryed.
Then got another dll error that couldn't be validated. So I deleted that one
as well and tried again. It appeared to begin to install, then an error
occured and the installer had to close. Now each time I try to run the
install I get the following error:

'You do not have access to make the required system modifications. Please
rerun the installation from an administrators account.'
Problem is, is that I've tried it from two different administrator accounts
and still get the same message.
Not sure what is going on here and Zonelabs isn't being much help.
Any help would be appreciated.

Any ideas on what is going on??

Not really, but if Windows XP firewall and another antivirus program is also
running then that could possibly interfere with installing ZoneAlarm
Security Suite. It might also be worth turning virus checking off in the
BIOS if this is enabled. Good luck with this problem.

Windows XP firewall was disabled due to the fact that I was upgrading from the free version of ZA. And my antivirus was going dead, so that had just been uninstalled in order to not cause any conflicts with the new install.
Virus checking in the BIOS is not enabled.
Still stumped here.
Any takers??
Thanks
