Cannot load new software from admin account.

My account is set-up as administrator on my XP machine.

I also have another account set-up as administrator too.

I have 3 accounts as limited.

I recently started getting an error message saying:

You do not have access to make the required configuration modifications.

Please rerun this install from an administrators account.

I get the same message from both administrator accounts.

I have deleted my account and re-set it up but no help.

To Logon as the Default "Administrator" account on Pro Edition, from Welcome screen, press Ctrl-Alt-Delete, Twice , type
"Administrator" and use a blank password (on Home edition - boot to Safe mode - F8 on restart , same logon)

If that fails, I would try a Repair setup of XP, and run some antispy software.
